I LIVED THERE, HUNGERED, BUT SURVIVED

Collected Poems by Leonid Korownyk

My memory will never be erased,
How on their way past mortality
They were tragically dumped in the depths,
Discarded out of life itself.

HOLODOMOR, A MALICIOUS PLAN

This singing land’s a marvellous rhyme, Where endless trails abound —
Gaze to your heart’s content
And listen as birds burst into song.

UKRAINE IS A МАRVELLOUS RHYME

I lived there, hungered, but, survived

Я там жив, голодав та не згас
